My i ask, in version 1.3.0 in line 170 and 171 looking need input email and password, that for what account?
when need to know faucetpay balance, why not use API mathode?

Email and password of lines 170 & 171 are optional and used only in case you want to enable auto login for the 15 CF faucets.
FaucetPay balance: the script doesn't retrieve it, at least for now, as my idea is to avoid outgoing requests if possible.
