Add GxB2 names to IH pages

Adds GirlsxBattle2 names to Idle Heroes pages.
Also only notably/large skill differences for high tier girl/heroes will be added. For more info and the smaller differences, refer to: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/14LepRzkMoStHXfFlnGFAPcUH99zCoALY6m0qysrRlgA/
Any new heroes in IdleHeroes that are not available in GirlsxBattle2 will have a number in front instead to show the order it was released in Idle Heroes.
A negative number indicates that the hero may have been skipped.
