Add GxB2 names to IH pages

Adds GirlsxBattle2 names to Idle Heroes pages.
Any new heroes in IdleHeroes that are not available in GirlsxBattle2 will have a number in front instead to show the order it was released in Idle Heroes.
A negative number indicates that the hero may have been skipped.
It is mainly to be used with these pages:
https://finalhive.com/idle-heroes/leaderboards (Newest PVP and PVE tier list and is up-to-date with IH, but with community votes)

If you go on https://finalhive.com/idle-heroes/leaderboards your links are changed to the Ask Aida bot cards by Ibex from cthug, e.g. https://cthug.org/i/sfx-os.png
