Adds a "Read Next Chapter" button under the fiction title on your Follows list if using the V2 layout.
This script was inspired by another script by Chameleon who posted on the Royal Road feedback / suggestions website and modified to cut down on DOM function calls, use AJAX instead of XHR, and change the visual appearance of the link slightly.
Tested working in Tampermonkey v4.10.6105 using Firefox 74.0 (64-bit) on Windows 10.
