I've recently run into an issue. When typing in the comments box, every letter added jumps the page down a bit until you get to AO3's comment box. This is a problem, especially for long fics, as using the script means losing your place in the story. Since being able to comment as you read is like, the whole point of the script, I would say this is a pretty critical bug.

I'm on an android phone, Firefox browser. The script used to work just fine. Any help would be appreciated! I absolutely love this script, so I would hate to lose it. :(

I ran into this too, and while a true fix may take a while (I think it's actually a firefox bug that'll affect any bottom-floating textarea, but further testing is needed) I did find a hacky sort-of-workaround:
Edit the script on line 112 and change "bottom" to "top".
It adds some other bugs instead - the close button is half-covered and scrolling with the box open can push them off the screen until you scroll back up - but it's still usable that way, just annoying.
