After installed, open your favorite Dota 2 guide creator's workshop page.

For example:

https://steamcommunity.com/id/0825771/myworkshopfiles/?section=guides
https://steamcommunity.com/id/ImmortalFaith/myworkshopfiles/?section=guides

There should be new buttons show on the right panel. (see screenshot)

Please note that "Subscribe all from this person" and "Unsubscribe all from this person" are working from current page til last page, so make sure that you are on the first page if you want to sub/unsub all guides.
