Instagram changed something and this doesn't work anymore

None of this script seems to be working with Instagram anymore.

The script still works for me with SHIFT+click downloading, but the progress indicator is missing, on both Firefox ESR 52.8 with Greasemonkey 3.17 and Chromium 68 with Tampermonkey 4.5, 32-bit browsers on W7.
