Sort the items by the to price instead of the from price because sellers use this to put their items at the head of the list even when the real item is more expensive.
Ebay sellers try hard to get their items to the top of the list of items sorted by price by putting two or more items in the same listing; one item is much cheaper than the other but only the more expensive one is actually described.
This script resorts the list using the higher of the two prices.
