Cannot Add Extension To Chrome

I'm attempting to add -won't allow from site. When i Open downloaded file I get I get error Line 147, Char 3
"Expected identifier, string or number"
Code 800A0404
Source Microsoft JScript compilation error

You do have Tampermonkey installed correct?
