This script replaces the "handle" in the YouTube comments section to user name
Replace the name in the YouTube comments section with your handle (@...) to your username.
Extension version (Chrome & edge etc...)
The "Return YouTube Comment Username" will return the comment username to the traditional username format.
With the YouTube update, a user ID starting with @ called "handle" appears in the comment field name, and the traditional username is no longer visible in the comments. This user script reverts the comment field name to the traditional username.
This script is fast and performs the rewrite almost as soon as the user scrolls.
