See the cogs icon on the right side of the user interface and scroll down to see a few buttons. The names are pretty self-explanatory but I will explain nevertheless. There is a green button that (as default) says "All", press it and it will change colours and "All" will change to "Party" and so forth. This is the chat filter that either allows all messages from anyone, restricts messages received to those only in your party, and none at all. Below this is a text box where you can enter names you want to block or unblock. Press the respective buttons to allow or disallow receiving messages from that name. This is vulnerable to people using fancy text names but there's not much you can do against that but use inspect element.
This script was made to combat the constant spam LONG NICKNAME has been giving the game. There are other bugs he has but it's impossible to patch them with scripts, the game itself must be updated in order to do so.
