V4.2) Restructure code where it seems to make more sense. Added a little bit of logging to the console. Might help in trouble shooting if you filter the console by "YouTube Auto-Liker". Increase timer to 2seconds with upper limit of 30seconds (I have to remember not everyone has fiber internet or modern pc).

Instead of waiting X amount of seconds for content to load, we check for content every second for 9 seconds.
