Known issues:
1. Inner fringe calculations do not take into account the number of mines left in the game. As a result, sometimes mines that are clear may be marked with a percentage
2. Occasionally, a clear mine simply isn't marked at all, being registered as a 1 or 2 on the grid. Still unsure why this happens. However, the logic is handled correctly.
