Gets FastDL Lua lines to add to your GMOD server

So basically, this is a cheap and nasty thing I've thrown together for people who use the Steam Workshop for Garry's Mod FastDL. All this does is determine if you are on a GMOD addon (barely tested, but seems to work. I don't know if it works anywhere it shouldn't though...), then throws in a little box under the subscribe button, giving you the FastDL code to add to your lua file.
