我们之前下载Pytorch的whl文件的整体流程是这样的，到Pytorch官网根据CUDA版本以及要下载的torch版本，找到具体的安装指，随后去Pytorch存储whl文件的网站找到对应版本的torch、torchaudio、torchvision下载链接并下载，那么在不同的网页间来回跳转并需要搜索就显得很麻烦。 于是，实现了对页面中的每一个Wheel，点击其下方的Download按钮，可以马上弹出文本框，包含对应的Wheel的下载链接。
