Makes repository root pages more content oriented: pulls information from sidebar (description, link, meta info) and readme under title, leaving actual files listing on the bottom.

Effectively reorders content into single column layout with former sidebar cells in one row on top of the page and ensures that Readme starts in initial viewport.

Resulting outcome loosely resembles initial design before 2020.

Maybe you'd like to have icon colours swapped or have sharp corners.
