Relocates the description to the right side and creates a button on the header to toggle description/comments/related
Modified version of my previous script https://gf.qytechs.cn/en/scripts/429371-youtube-toggle-related-button requested by @Høly Spirit. Since I am really amateur in coding, any code review is highly appreciated.
