blacklist users on poe.trade
a simple blacklist script for poe.trade. a blacklist link will appear in every item description. clicking on it will blacklist the user that posted it, by account name, not IGN. blacklisted items will have a label saying 'blacklisted', and blacklisted users' items will not set off notifications in live searches. there is a link up by the theme/layout settings to clear the blacklist.

v0.11 - allow users to change the notification sound
v0.12 - now works on currency.poe.trade .
v0.15 - now allows you to hide blacklisted items so they don't take up as much vertical space.
