Trello has no built-in feature to track any unsaved comments. I often forget I was working on something and end up leaving an unsaved comment in a Trello card, only to then find it days or weeks later.

This script tracks every unsaved comment and displays a counter in the bottom right (if any unsaved comments exist). You can click on the counter to pop out a menu showing the details of each unsaved comment. And from there you can also navigate directly to those comments.

When clicking Save, or deleting the comment entirely, the counter is removed.
