添加对gitee功能的拓展，能够在没有权限的情况下，能够看到属于自己的工时(本周，上周)登记情况；
优化gitee的任务分类，添加临时任务的功能统计，对于24小时内临近过期任务，数量统计；
添加对gitee的通知拓展，对于分派任务，能够通过浏览器通知的方式，明显的通知用户。

tips：使用者，需要修改脚本中，data 中 company_path的参数值，修改为自己公司名称，即url中https://e.gitee.com/***/ (***即为修改值)
