Unifies and improves the headers of both the community and torrent sections of the site. (and makes community pages full width)

Not especially unified yet.
Mainly made the community header more like the torrent section header.
v0.2:
-Made search scale better.
-Made the content move down when the header gets expanded so it won't cover anything.
-Options for header shrink: yes/no/remember
v0.3:
Still only making changes to the community side.
-Moved "Logout" to new profile tab that's similar to torrent section's and is located at the very end of the header.
-Changed the PM tab to be similar to torrent section and moved it next to the profile tab.
v0.4:
-Moved a few less important things into "Other" tab.
-Moved the "search" tab to the main search textbox as "Advanced Search"
v0.4.1:
-Added handling for the session data for the log off link. The logoff button should now work.
