Download Pixcelmator Pro Tutorials to local disk

This project's goal is to download the full official tutorials of Pixelmator Pro to local disk for offline use. The tutorial contains two types of content. One is embeding the youtube player into tutorial page, the other is rich format tutorials including images and videos.

Runing the Resources.cmd which generated by the Tamparmonkey script will lets you getting the tutorial's full struct without youtube videos and tutorial example resources. Getting the videos with best qulity, run the Resources_ytb.cmd Getting the resources of the tutorial, run the Resouces_res.cmd

you can download the packed version list bellow:

How to use

1. create a folder, like "d:\downloads\tutorial" and "d:\downloads\tutorial\web"

2. unpack the mmpeg.exe from ffmpeg.rar to "tutorial" folder

3. put yt-dlp.exe and getpage.exe to tutorial folder too

4. get the Resouces.cmd from the Tamparmonkey scripts (list bellow) and put it in web folder(important)

5. cd to the "web" folder in terminal, run Resouces.cmd

About the source code

  • make.cmd compile the source code
  • save Resources.cmd which generated by the pixelmatortutorialdownloader to web folder
  • pixelmatorTutorialDownloader.js the Tamparmonkey scripts
  • Resoures_res.cmd tutorial resources downloader

  • Resoures_ytb.cmd tutorial video on youtube downloader

  • get Command will download single current viewed category

  • get HTML will download single current viewed category videos
