Removes playback limitation and dialog "The time has come to open thy heart/wallet"
It's great if you add these lines for your adblock manager:
||bandcamp.com/stat_record$image,1p
||*.bandcamp.com/client_log^$ping,1p
This prevents any logs from being sent to the bandcamp servers.
