The script deletes the homepage recommendations and subscriptions content, the related videos section on the watch page (note that it leaves the autoplay and radio elements) and the videowall of recommendations that shows up when a video is finished playing. For your convenience it also auto-focuses the search bar on the home page when the homepage feed is deleted.
