Automatically change the tab title to the format "Artist - Title" on best effort basis for video and audio pages.

On YouTube and YouTube pages, use the channel name if needed.
On Spotify pages, " - Spotify" is added to the tab title.
On SoundCloud pages, " - SoundCloud" is added to the tab title.
On Amazon Music pages, the tab title is changed completely to the format "{artist} - {title} - Amazon Music".
